Why the ICC that has taken upon itself to introduce T20 test matches and in the height of officiousness insisting on experimenting with hair brained schemes that include chopping off the last day of tests does nothing to step in and solve the issue that has now just about killed the game in the Caribbean. Its in the interest of the game and its future in the Caribbean that the contract issue be resolved at the earliest, else more farces like the one witnessed in the past week shall continue to take place and destroy one of the greatest bastions of cricketing excellence that created countless greats of the game and shall consign it to the dusty books of history.
