Barcelona - the best club at the moment contd

The result was United paid heavily as the out of
form striker Eto'o easily went past Vidic and scored for Barca. After
that goal, United rarely put pressure on Barca. In the second half, by
introducing more attacking players, United did leave a gap in the
midfield. That proved costly allowing two of the best midfielders in
the world - Xavi and Iniesta to move freely. They were playing
football out of the world. If it wasn't for Van der Sar, Barca could
have scored at least two more. Messi nailed the coffin with a superb
header and it was game over for United. Frustration was clearly
evident after the United players started to pass the ball poorly and
also made some stupid tackles. United did have a good squad but they
were no match for the passing football played by Barca. Though it
wasn't Messi's best night, he was surely better than Ronaldo and has
once again proved that he plays for the team and not for himself.
